The bedroom area had a tv and 2 queen beds and a floor to ceiling, wall to wall window with a direct view of the Horseshoe falls. You could open the window a few inches and actually hear the falls.
Plenty of room for a family of 5 with 2 teenagers. Beds were comfy. Cons: Parking is a confusing nightmare. Due to Covid, only 1 person in your group could take the shuttle to the car. Nothing was said about the pool being closed or no evening reception or no breakfast. You would think with a pull out couch or 2 in our room that extra bedding would be in the room already, nope.
I called the desk and asked for 2 sets of bedding for the pullout couches. They transferred me to housekeeping. About 5 min later, housekeeping came to the room with 2 flat sheets and what felt like an empty duvet cover. Location wise, although it says yards from the falls, there is no easy way to walk there.

We stayed two nights in October with a great view to both falls on the 29th floor. However, the website indicated we could have breakfast in the hotel and we hoped for room-service. Expensive and touting itself to be a high-end hotel; it was nothing of the sort. Full car of kids and hockey equipment, wanting to register at the hotel, parking attendants required one person to stay in the car while the other adult had to carry all the luggage into the hotel room. Zero help with luggage or even bringing carts to assist. I think we have came a long way and now know that the Covid virus does not reside on surfaces. While that may very well be the case, many other hotels in the area have their pools open.
None - Not a working alarm clock - Ok. There was no way to change a blaring alarm clock time. Does the staff not see the 3-hour time difference or just not care to change it?
It took over 10 minutes for us to get down. We think the control logic was off. No elevators would stop on the way down. We had to take the elevator up, in order to go down. It seems like this would have been obvious but there was a lineup on almost every floor with everyone experiencing the same thing. Paper wrapped in plastic only. Poor choice for a high-end hotel with respect to sustainability and enjoyment. I would never go to this hotel again. There are too many other options that either provide a better price or better experience or both.
