What is the difference between bt vision and freeview

So my question is what is the difference between BT vision freeview and "normal" freeview? Chris Muriel Distinguished Member. But the Samsung box also has iplayer etc on anyway.

I understand if you have BT broadband but buy your own Youview box, they will "push" BT Vision so it appears as an option on the on demand menu. There is of course nothing to stop anyone ditching the TV part of Virgin's service and retaining their excellent cable broadband. A compromise may be the old threaten to leave, get a discount - making sure what contract you are tied to - and going down other routes once the Youview market become clearer and box prices go down.
